ISO 9000:It is a whole of standards published by ISO for guiding people for establishing and developing a quality management system intended for raising customer satisfaction. ISO9001: This standard specifies conditions, which must be fulfilled during establishment of quality management systems, and it is subject to certification audit. It is the name of the certificate issued. |
